Canadian customers have two shipping methods to choose from; “Canada Standard Ground”, or “Worldwide Express”. Although the shipping cost of “Canada Standard Ground”, is less expensive, the customer may be subject to brokerage fees, government taxes, and other misc. fees upon delivery. In Some cases, “Worldwide Express”, may be the most economical route as the brokerage fees and the majority of misc. fees are included in the cost of shipping.  

Goaliemonkey.com can ship through the United States Post Office.  Please contact customer service toll free at 1-888-945-4295 to arrange a USPS shipment.  Please note that USPS shipment take 10 to 14 business days for delivery. Due to restrictions set by the manufactures, products from Bauer & Warrior may not be shipped to Canada. You must have a ship-to address located in the U.S. to purchase products from these companies.

Credit Card Verification

All orders originated outside of the United States are subject to card card verification.  By verifying our customer’s billing information we are able to better protect our customers and GoalieMonkey.com from fraudulent activity. 

*If the shipping address differs from the billing address, please be sure to include the correct billing address in the space provided, this will help expedite the verification process. If the incorrect information is provided, the order may be delayed up to 10 business days.  

Canada Shipping Options

   1. Most cost effective on more expensive orders.
   2. Express shipping, usually arrives within 2 to 3 business days.
   3. Brokerage fees and the majority of misc. fees are included in the cost of shipping. Government taxes will be collected upon delivery.
   4. If the product is made in North America – NO DUTIES.

2. UPS Canada Standard Ground
   1. Most cost effective on smaller orders.
   2. Standard ground program, usually arrives within 7 to 10 business days.
   3. Brokerage fees, misc. fees and government taxes will be collect by UPS upon delivery.
   4. If the product is made in North America – NO DUTIES.
