Details

Coming off the extraordinary success of the Extreme Flex Pro line (ExFlex), CCM introduces the new Extreme Flex Pro II line of gear with its revolutionary material technology to make a great glove even better.

Beginning with the same ‘600’ break angle that made the ExFlex so popular, the Extreme Flex Pro II utilizes this same break while adding CCM’s hockey exclusive D3O smart foam in the palm for greater shock absorption. This break angle will offer a mid-palm closure while maintaining a natural “baseball-glove” style closure. What is D30? D30 material in its raw state flow freely when moved slowly, but on shock, lock together to absorb and disperse energy, before instantly returning to their flexible state. This reaction is counter intuitive. The greater the force of the impact, the more the molecules lock together and the greater the protection. With the flexibility of the D30 foam in the palm, each glove will come stock with ‘Game-Ready’ construction.

On the blackhand of the glove, the internal mesh glove has been redesigned for a more comfortable and snug fit, while still providing exceptional adjustability. Like the ExFlex I, The Extreme Flex II features an Ultima Dry palm liner for superior grip of the glove over long periods of play, even when wet.

Lastly, the 1-piece cuff of the glove has been reinforced with a new injected resin for better protection and durability than ever before. The 1-piece cuff offers added stability for frontal impact and prevents pucks from skipping over and into the net.

For the goalie at any level looking for a glove with exceptional coverage and closure, look no further than the Extreme Flex Pro II.

Great glove

I have worn all kinds of gloves from Vaughn, Reebok and Bauer. I had worn ccm extreme flex pro 600 break. The 590 break on this glove is incredible. Best glove ever made. Great for catching, protection and coverage. I wear a ccm extreme flex 2 pro 590 break glove with vaughn v6 2200 blocker and pads.

Great glove!

I got this glove custom with a pro palm and double T pocket, with a 590 break and let me just say this glove is UNREAL.! Ive used Reebok gloves (same thing as CCM) forever and i just want to say good job to CCM for keeping a great build of a glove! Playing juniors the glove sees more than enough abuse and it holds up great. Worth my money anyday!

Awesome upgrade

I moved to the Extreme Flex Pro glove/blocker from the Bauer Supreme Total Ones. I was skeptical, having bought the Bauers at a better price point. However simply getting the glove out of the package revealed a vastly superior product. Getting it on this ice confirmed that.

When they say its game ready, it's game ready. I had the pro palm, and it was softer out of the box than the Total One was after a season. Don't take my word for it, watch Lundqvist. He catches the puck awkwardly, doesn't close his glove all the way, and has pop-outs.. You'll see the goalies that catch with the CCM are much more fluid.

Comparing the 2, there was not a loss of net coverage. A teamate even mentioned me looking "big" with the CCMs, probly bc I was flashing the glove at better angles.

Finally, it's better overall design- much more comfortable, same weight, I haven't noticed any less protection, and closes/seals better as well as catches/handles better.

Go with this glove first, it's worth the extra $. There's a reason most pro goalies wear the Leferve CCM/Reebok catching gloves. I'm banking on CCM being more durable than the Reebok.
