In combination with the Warrior Brand and legendary goalie gear designer Pete Smith, the Warrior Ritual G3 Pro pushes the envelope of goaltending equipment and technology to a new level.
The design of the G3 glove features a clean bindingless construction and perimeter which gives the glove less chance of wearing out on the edges and a more solid feel on the hand. The base of the T includes the AxyFlex Tent sytem which keeps rigidity and stiffness for the glove to spring open.
The palm of the glove features the revolutionary removable liner which allows the goalie to not only customizer their fit and break angle between 60, 75 and 90 degree breaks, but also allows the goalie to let the palms of their gloves dry in between uses. In time, this promotes less bacteria growth in the gloves and a better feeling glove over time. These palms attach via a Velcro system over the palm of the hand and thumb area, which has changed from the elastic setup previously used in the G2. Stock, the G3 Pro comes with the 75 degree liner which is a very natural and suitable for any preference. The G3 glove features very lightweight and protective materials which aid in not only protection but extra durability as well. The backhand of the glove is an armadillo style padding where it flexes and moves with the opening/closing, but still protects. The wrist area of the backhand is wide open to give the goalie incredible range of motion for any and all types of styles.
In comparison to the Warrior G3 Sr. glove, the G3 Pro will feature upgraded internal foams and materials.
If you are a goalie who is looking for a glove that is one of the most technologically advanced, balanced and lightest on the market, the Warrior G3 Pro is the glove for you.
Checked this glove out in person before purchasing. Very light glove! I am still adjusting to the angle break of the glove. Would be 5 stars, but a thread came loose on the end of the T within a couple weeks of use. I play twice a week.Review by Beerleaguegoalie (Posted on 4/1/2017)
