    Excellent - Pricey but Delicious

These are kinda expensive, but man they're excellent. Every other knee guard I've looked at and tried on have been huge -- extending up the thigh and a lot of various straps. These fit excellent (with Bauer .ONE leg pads) and don't slide around or shift. I'm 5'6" with 32+2

    I tried to love these

I gave these knee pads a chance and wore them for about 20 games. These came with my SZ3 leg pads and have very soft foam for the landing area. My two main complaints are that the bottom part catches on the outside of the top part, making it feel awkward and uncomfortable when bending. Also, the strap behind the knee is way too tight for my bigger legs. I guess I was supposed to skip legs day. Anyhow, I went back to my Vaughn V3 knee pads.

    One small tweak...

Slide out the plastic/thin foam in the center section of the knee, replacing it with a thicker piece. The original piece is really too thin and hard to offer much cushion, but the overall design is solid and never inhibits rotation. Nice sleek fit under any pad.
