Details

A GoalieMonkey exclusive, the Brian’s line of sticks is designed to provide high-end foam core sticks at a lower price point than the competition.

Made in Canada, the Brian’s F96 line is constructed with top-quality materials, beginning with a urethane foam core paddle construction reinforced with full unidirectional carbon laminates on the front and back for added stiffness and durability. The result is an F96 stick with a ‘soft-lam’ structure, similar to that found on other high-end foam core sticks.

The shaft is constructed of a pro aspen wood core with carbon and birch veneer laminates, producing an ideal combination of stiffness and durability.

The difference in the F17 and F96 lies in the outer laminate lay-up. The F17 will feature carbon/glass reinforcement in the front, designed to be resistant to frontal impacts while remaining flexible for better puck play. An additional strip of carbon laminate lines the blade for added stiffness. The F96 is constructed with a thinner unidirectional carbon fiber in the paddle with reinforcements on both the front and backside. Overall, the F96 will be a touch stiffer than the F17.

For the goalie looking for a pro-quality alternative to the more expensive top-level sticks from other manufacturers, the Brian’s F96 goal stick is an unbeatable choice.

Lasted 2 days of goalie camp.

My son is a 13 year old Bantam. Got this stick, headed for Pro-Ambition goalie camp. Two days of camp the stick's heel is worn down to the core, and the fiberglass is split in several places with dents. For an adult stick, used at a Bantam level, this is a show of extremely poor quality and workmanship. We have asked Goalie Monkey for a solution, and will see what they say.......
One thing for sure, we will never buy this stick again!

Pretty good but came from the package marked up

I love the look of this stick and the way it feels. Though, strangely when I got it, it was all marked up and looked like it was slightly used before. Other than that though it performed really well and I made some nasty paddle saves with it so it got marked up pretty easily. But overall I like it a lot
