Details

Warrior has been a staple in the player stick industry and now continues their push in goalie sticks with the brand new Warrior Ritual CR3 composite goalie stick.

The Warrior Ritual CR3 features a mixture of different technologies all aimed to bring one of the best balanced and durable composite sticks on the market. The CR3 has HiFused construction within the paddle to give rigidity and flex when it is needed. Right in the shoulder of the stick, Warrior has infused VibexLite which is a vibration reduction technology which reduces the sting that can sometimes happen on composite sticks. The HiFused construction also moves the flex zone up the stick giving and caters to a goalies specific shooting technique which allows for a more natural feel for shooting and passing.

Warrior will continue to use their “clear” finish on the Ritual CR3 sticks. This clear grip allows the goalie to get a good natural grip on their stick while in their stance and transitional movements while shooting or passing.

If you are an intermediate level goalie who wants to combine great feel and durability in a composite stick that caters to both shooting and stopping pucks, the Warrior Ritual CR3 is for you.

Great stick

My son is a 16u Midget and Freshman High School goaltender. He has been through too many sticks in the recent seasons and none has stood up for lasting through one season. I bought this stick mid way through this current season and so far it has been fantastic. My son says the stick is solid and very comfortable and loved it! Definitely will be looking to buy another one or two very soon.

Lightweight, holds up to lots of use

Handles the puck well. My son uses this for his high school team and loves it. Arrived on time and he purchased two of them.

Update to my 4 Jan 2020 review

Used the 25inch bishop finally and I have to say I just ordered 2 more! I definitely recommend this stick to anyone looking to pick a couple of durable yet cheap sticks up!

Good stick for beer league

I've been a Bauer composite guy, but am a fan of Warrior so I decided to give this a try. The stick blade feels a little shorter than the Bauer, but not a big adjustment. Pretty good value for the price, but I noticed that the stick isn't as durable as I'd hoped it would be, and I'm only playing about once a week. The blade has some cracking.

Good quality- a little heavy

Nice sticks grabbed them 2 for 1 over the summer. A bit heavier than my sherwoods I retired. The cut at the end of the paddle could be more tapered pinches the pointer finger paddle down. Overall I like them and I’m sure they will last for a while they are tough!
Thanks Monkey!

Quality on a budget

This is a great stick if you are looking for a composite stick that is durable and won't break thre bank. It's a little on the heavier side as composites go but still lighter than most foam core and all wood sticks. Snatch them up before they are gone.

Good transition stick

I’m a diehard foam core stick user but wanted to try a composite. I went with the CR3 because they are relatively cheap, and I used Warrior anyways.

It’s perfect for transitioning from foam core to composite. It’s not super light, but lighter than foam core. It’s fairly durable (except the paint on the stick shaft, which isn’t a huge deal, but if it takes shots the paint starts to flake pretty fast) I have one I have been using about 6 months now (which is shocking) and the blade and paddle are still in decent shape. It has long outlasted what I thought it would.

I liked them so much I bought 2 more.

Is it the lightest? No, the CR2 and 1’s will be lighter (also likely less durable) Is it the best composite on the market? No but for under $100 you can’t expect that.

After the 3 I have break I will likely move to the CR1’s or whatever the top version is at the time, but for now these are perfect.

Nice stick

Great stick, not the lightest composite out there but it's great. I use is about twice a week and it seems like it should last me a couple of years... if you are torn between this and the v1 stick I found no difference other than graphics.

multiple cr3

Originally I only bought 1 as i wasn't sure if id like switching to composite from foam core. Boy was I wrong. The weight, yes I know higher models are lighter, is insanely light. I now currently own 3, one white/red quick 26in, one all black quick 2in, and a white/red bishop 25in. The 26in are rotated depending on my jersey color both have been used for over a year now and are still 100% usable. Havent used teh 25in yet due to the fact I dont want to use 2 different stick sizes at the same time. I also skate 2-3 a week with all levels of skaters. I know people who have owned them and broke them quick. Maybe they got lemons or maybe i got some lucky twigs. 10/10 recommend at least trying one

Great stick

I take a tone of blocker side shots and absolutely love this paddle. It’s taken serious abuse and still holds true. To be honest I even accidentally closed my car door on in once and there wasn’t even a scratch. Very light, very sturdy. 10/10
