The Joola Vision II Deluxe bag is built to get you on the court with storage for multiple paddles and individual storage for day-to-day necessities.
Main Storage
Spacious Main Compartment: A generous main compartment offers easy storage for up to 4 pickleball paddles, secured with an easy-access zip-down front.
Padded Laptop Compartment: An individual laptop compartment allows you to go from the office to the courts with padded protection for up to a 17" laptop.
Ventilated Storage: A large ventilated bottom compartment offers storage for shoes, clothes, towels, etc.
Under the Sport Squad, Inc. (JOOLA) Limited Manufacturers Warranty, JOOLA pickleball paddles are covered for 6 months (120 days), only to the original purchaser and is valid in the United States and Canada only.
Coverage & Exclusions
JOOLA’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its sole discretion, of any defect and does not include any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage of any kind.
This warranty does not cover damages through due to improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product.)
Paddle Registration (NFC Capable Paddles)
If the paddle you purchased has NFC Chip technology or was not purchased directly from JOOLA, you will have to register your paddle at https://infinity.joola.com/registration. Within 14 days from original retail purchase.
If you register your JOOLA NFC Chip paddle within 14 days of purchase using the NFC Chip, you can extend your warranty from 6-months to 1 year.
Registration is required to have your paddle covered by the limited warranty policy. If NFC paddle is not registered within 14 days of purchase, standard 6 month warranty will apply.
Remedies
Should an issue in accordance with the above stated warranty guidelines occur within 30 days from date of purchase, customers should first contact original point of purchase to fulfill a return or exchange prior to contacting JOOLA to file a warranty claim.
If during the Limited Warranty period, any part or component of the product is found to be defective, JOOLA will, at their sole discretion:
Replace the defective part or product with the same model as the original product.
If the original model has been discontinued, JOOLA may provide a comparable replacement model of equivalent value at its discretion.
If purchased from an authorized retailer, please follow the retailers return/exchange policy prior to reaching out to JOOLA customer service.
