Shock-Lite Pro Shoulders w/ Suspender Loops: Formed from Bauer's dense, yet lightweight Shock-Lite Pro impact foam layering, the Supreme Fuse shoulder floaters offer broad, confident protection across the collarbones and shoulders. Additionally, the Fuse chestie's Shock-Lite shoulders feature integrated suspender loops.
Defense Cloud Tech (DCT) Sternum: Bauer's featherlight, high-density DCT impact foam is layered over the sternum, enhancing critical protection without adding too much weight or bulk.
Arm & Elbow Protection
Floating Shock-Lite Bicep & Forearms w/ CURV® Reinforcement: The Supreme Fuse chest protector wraps the biceps and forearms with the same lightweight, high-impact Shock-Lite Pro foams used in the shoulder floaters. Complemented by a free-floating construction with easy adjustments, the Fuse chest protector ensures complete coverage for a wide range of fits. Further enhancing protection, the biceps and forearms are reinforced with CURV® composites, chosen for their excellent resistance to cracking and splintering compared to more common molded plastics.
Shock-Lite HingeArm+ Elbow Floaters: Reshaped for the Supreme Fuse chest protector, Bauer's HingeArm+ protects the elbows with more overlapping surface area compared to the previous Supreme Shadow chestie. On the ice, the added overlap gives the Supreme Fuse a more confident sense of protection in RVH and against off-angle wrap-around shots.
Core/Belly Protection
Hybrid Belly System: Carried over from the Supreme Shadow chest protector, the Supreme Fuse chest protector features hook-and-loop anchor points between the belly blocks, allowing for a seamless chest-to-pant fit whether you prefer tucked, untucked, or half-in/half-out.
Dual-Layered Shock-Lite Belly Blocks: Built for the highest levels of competition, the Supreme Fuse chest protector wraps the belly with two layers of Shock-Lite belly blocks. On the ice, the dual-layer belly block design cuts high-speed impacts at the top layer while slowing and absorbing the puck's impact at the layer beneath.
Fit & Comfort
Dual-Airflow Spine w/ Fight Strap: Also familiar to fans of Bauer's Supreme chest protectors, their Dual-Airflow Spine secures a proper, protective fit while also opening up more room to ventilate excess heat. Additionally, the Supreme Fuse chestie's Dual Airflow Spine includes a hook-and-loop fight strap, further helping to ensure a proper chest-pant fit.
Suspension Comfort Liner: A premium, moisture-resistant, suspension comfort lining helps to keep a cool and light fit down the arms, complemented by plush, segmented comfort lining across the abdomen.
Adjustable Comfort Wrist: For complete coverage and complete comfort, the Supreme Fuse chest protector is padded through the wrist with a gentle taper to help reduce binding with blocker and glove cuffs.
