Single Break Pre-Curved Shape w/ Soft Flex: Built around a gentle pre-curve and soft, youth-friendly flex, the Phenom youth pads help to make developing butterfly control and movement skills comfortable and enjoyable.
Flat Face Design: A flat face construction offers an even, consistent surface to help growing goalies learn proper rebound control.
Shallow, Soft Flex Boot: A shallow boot with a smooth, soft flex keeps the pads connected while allowing the ankles to move freely and comfortably.
Padded Knee Cradle & Landing
ADPTFIT Knee Cradle: A height-adjustable knee cradle/zone offers some room for adjustment as goalies grow.
Quick Stack Knee Landing: A dense, padded knee stack design not only makes knee landings more comfortable, but puts down a solid, stable pad-to-ice seal.
Simple Fit & Strapping
Velcro® Fly Strap System: Simple Velcro® strapping across 3 points makes it easy for parents and young goalies to properly fit the pads.
Offset Bungee Toe Ties w/ Velcro® Fastening: Offset bungee toe ties anchor the pads while allowing for smooth mobility and a full range of motion, improving skate edge control and greatly reducing lower body strain.
Floor to Knee: Without shoes or skates, measure the vertical distance from the floor to the middle of the knee cap. Refer the F-t-K measurement to the chart above to find the goalies' recommended base leg pad size.
Thigh Rise Height: Thigh rise shown for SR pads only, as thigh rise is largerly player preference. CCM's retail stock pads are built with a +1 thigh rise, with a +2 available in select SR sizes. F-t-K is primarily used to fit the pad.
