TeXtreme® Spread Tow (ST) Weave Carbon Fiber: Familiar to fans of Bauer's elite goalie sticks, TeXtreme® ST Carbon Fiber is woven in a 90° checkered pattern from strips of a larger carbon filament unspun yarn (tow). On the ice, the Supreme Fuse Goalie Stick's implementation of TeXtreme® ST Carbon Fiber not only stands out visually, but delivers an unmatched response with an ultra-light balance.
Expancel®: Commonly found in luxury car production, Expancel® refers to an ultra-lightweight, low-density expanding foam used to dampen vibrations and flex while also providing additional reinforcement.
Paddle & Shaft
30" (76.2 cm) Tapered Twitch Shaft: While both stick lines utilize UD carbon for a smooth, efficient power transer, the Supreme lineup's 30" shaft expands the goalie's range of control and maximizes power compared to the quicker, but less powerful 28" Vapor shaft.
ErgoGrip w/ Rounded-Traditional Shoulder: Debuted with the Pulse stick, the Supreme Fuse goalie stick's shaft & shoulder package fills negative space in the hand with a wide, rounded profile. At the shoulder, the Fuse goalie stick's rounded-traditional shoulder profile feels planted with a responsive, controlled feel across the top, balanced out by the quick, powerful leverage of a traditional bottom shoulder.
Tapered Ergo-Spine: Familiar to the fans of Bauer's Supreme sticks, Bauer's Ergo-Bridge architecture projects a wide, flat paddle face for precision rebound placement. Debuted with the Pulse stick, the Ergo-Spine built into the Supreme Fuse tapers down from the shoulder, matching its precision profile with more direct power delivery.
Toe & Blade
*P28G Hybrid Toe Blade: Made popular with Bauer's Protocol goalie stick, the P28G adapts the fan-favorite P28 player curve to the crease. On the ice, the P28G curve's squared top and rounded base pulls pucks off the boards with a smooth precision, ready to respond with quick tape-to-tape passes. (Optional: not available in all configurations)
TeXtreme® ST Carbon Fiber Blade w/ Expancel® Core: Also familiar to fans of Bauer goalie sticks, the Supreme Fuse stick's Expancel® injected blade works in combination with its tapered spine and reactive curve. In practice, this gives goalies the tight balance between flex and rigidity to play pucks with unmatched precision.
