Game Ready Palm w/ Reactive D30® Protection: Offering additional protection against high-level shooters, the EF7 glove's palm is layered with a unique impact material, D3O®. Found frequently in high-end motorcycle gear, D3O® Smart Material tightens its molecular structure as force is applied; hardening on impact to absorb and redirect impact energies, while remaining more pliable at rest.
Break Options
580 Break (Stock): Redesigned for the EF7 lineup, the EFLEX 7 glove's cuff and palm will remind goalies more of their EF5 glove than the EF6 with a more traditional 580 break. Built upon their pro-spec 580 break, CCM's 580 snaps over with a smooth, game ready feel.
590 Break: The most popular break found in retail gloves, CCM's 590 projects wide across the palm and fingers with a pocket centered closer to the cuff. Closes in-line with the glove's palm break for a whole-handed, fingers-to-mid-thumb feel, sealing the fingers slightly over the cuff.
T/Pocket Options
Reinforced +1" Single-T (Stock): To complement its redesigned closure, the EF7 glove ships standard with a snappy single-T pocket, expanded an extra inch across the T. To keep the glove projecting its best for longer, each of the EFLEX 7 glove's pocket options is reinforced with rigid injection moldings.
Reinforced Double-T: CCM's straight, Double-T web maximizes pocket depth and visibility.
Fit & Feel
Cross Form Strap: CCM's plush, x-shaped cross form strap offers 4 points of easy adjustment across the back of the hand. On the ice, CCM's Cross Form strap holds a snug fit without needing to lock down the goalie's wrist.
FLEXMOTION Backhand: Also redesigned for the EFLEX 7 glove, CCM's newest FLEXMOTION design overlaps the hand with high-density padding arranged into flexible segments, smoothly flowing with the glove's closure.
Comfort Mesh Finger Stalls w/ Neoprene Thumb & Pinky Loops: With athlete and consumer feedback in mind, the EF7 glove marks a return to form, replacing the Form Fit System from the EF6 and recent Axis gloves with full comfort mesh finger stalls. For added control, adjustable neoprene loops help to anchor the goalie's thumb and pinky.
Palm Material Options
SureGrip (Stock): To help keep control all game, the EFLEX 7 glove is lined with SureGrip, with a high-tack synthetic suede, embossed with a fine moisture-resistant texture.
HEXA+ Palm: A plush synthetic suede, similar in feel to Nash®, with a hexagonal embossing to enhance grip.
Hand Measurement: In most cases, a catch glove and blocker sized to the same age group as the goalie's leg pads should provide a proper fit. If a more exact fit is needed, measure from the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger.
