1.Prepare the Stick: Make sure the handle of your goalie stick is clean and dry. Remove any old tape or residue.
2. Apply the Tacki Mac Tape: Wrap the included Tacki Mac tape around the top of the stick where the grip will be applied. The tape is designed to be activated by water, so make sure it's smoothly wrapped with no bubbles or wrinkles.
3. Activate the Tape with Water: Wet your hands with water or use a damp cloth to lightly moisten the tape. You don't need to soak it, just enough to activate the adhesive properties.
4. Position the Grip: Slide the Tacki Mac grip over the taped area of the stick. If it's tight, you can roll it up slightly before sliding it down.
5. Secure the Grip: Once the grip is in position, press down on it firmly to ensure it adheres well to the stick.
6. Allow the tape and grip to dry for a few minutes. As the tape dries, it will secure the grip in place.
