Paddle Construction
Mid-flex: The Ritual V4 Pro goalie stick is built to flex more evenly throughout the stick compared to Warrior's R\V4 lineup. On the ice, this gives the R\V4 Pro a smooth, easy-loading flex, with a powerful, zone-clearing release.
Minimus Carbon 18: Compared to Warrior's Minimus Carbon 25, the R\V4 Pro's Minimus 18 Carbon is also a spread tow, checkered weave, but overlaps more carbon-fiber strands across the weave. In practice, the heftier Minimus 18 Carbon gives the R\V4 Pro stick a bit more weight compared to the R\V4 RTL, but improves durability in exchange.
TwinSpar Reinforcement w/ VIBEX: Similar to aircraft wings, the R\V4 Pro's paddle implements perpendicular reinforcing spars throughout. To further the R\V4 Pro's sturdy, responsive feel, Warrior's VIBEX design implements additional layering to dampen vibrations through the paddle. On the ice, Warrior's TwinSpar reinforced and VIBEX dampened paddle gives the R\V4 Pro stick a consistent response off the paddle and blade, without compromising its balance or smooth flex.
Shaft & Shoulder
Asymmetrical Shaft Geometry: Designed to improve accuracy, power, and bottom hand control, the asymmetrical shaft fits snug in the heel of your glove, offering a confident shooting grip. Not only designed to enhance shooting, the Ritual V4 Pro's asymmetrical shaft offers a clean and controlled slide through the blocker's palm.
Hi-Fused Construction: The Ritual V4 Pro's dynamic carbon-composite paddle and blade is complemented by its Hi-Fused shaft and paddle connection. In practice, the R\V4 Pro stick's Hi-Fused build focuses flex energy more evenly across the shaft and paddle compared to the R\V4's low-kick feel.
SlideGrip: The Ritual V4 Pro goalie stick is controlled from Warrior's unique, SlideGrip shaft and shoulder package. Compared to the Ritual M3 line-up of sticks, the SlideGrip finish on Warrior's Ritual V4 sticks prioritizes precision movements with a bit more tack in its SlideGrip shoulder package.
Manufacturers do not typically offer sizing guidelines for goalie sticks as individual play styles, stances, comfort preferences, and body dimensions vary widely. As a general guideline, start with a stick in the same age group (Youth, Junior, Intermediate, or Senior) as the rest of your equipment. Then, refer your height against the above table to find a generally recommended paddle length.

Warrior Hockey, LLC warrants its goalie products to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal and recommended use. Warrior equipment that has been used outside of its intended purposes, abused, misused, or damaged from contact with a skate, stick, boards, goals, benches, etc., will not be warrantied. Foam Core and Wood Goalie Sticks are excluded from all warranties. Under warranty Warrior offers a one-time repair or replacement.
Warranty duration varies by product type:
180 Days: Leg Pads, Catch Gloves, Blockers (Ritual G3 or Newer), Masks and Cages.
90 Days: Chest & Arm Protectors, Jock, Knee Guard and Pants (Ritual G2, Ritual-X, or Newer)
30 Days: Composite Goalie Sticks, Bags, and Accessories
