Reshaped from its previous generation, the Ritual V4 RTL goalie stick debuts with Warrior's asymmetrical shaft geometry and an ultra-light, balanced build. For goalies who prefer a quick, precise, blocker-hand and a smoother, more balanced flex, the Ritual V4 RTL is ready to deliver.
Paddle Construction
Mid-flex: The Ritual V4 RTL goalie stick is built to flex more evenly throughout the stick compared to Warrior's R\M3 lineup. On the ice, this gives the R\V4 RTL a smooth, easy-loading flex, with a powerful, zone-clearing release.
Minimus Carbon 25: Familiar to Warrior's pro-level sticks, the Ritual V4 RTL is built from Warrior's lightest, most responsive carbon-composite weave, Minimus Carbon 25. The Minimus Carbon 25's spread tow weave, is layered in a distinct checkerboard pattern throughout the stick's carbon composition, giving the R\V4 a responsive, ultra-light feel.
TwinSpar Reinforcement: Similar to aircraft wings, the R\V4 RTL's paddle implements perpendicular reinforcing spars throughout. On the ice, this design gives the R\V4 RTL stick a consistent response off the paddle and blade, without compromising its balance or smooth flex.
Shaft & Shoulder
Asymmetrical Shaft Geometry: Designed to improve accuracy, power, and bottom hand control, the asymmetrical shaft fits snug in the heel of your glove, offering a confident shooting grip. Not only designed to enhance shooting, the Ritual V4 RTL's asymmetrical shaft offers a clean and controlled slide through the blocker's palm.
Hi-Fused Construction: The Ritual V4 RTL's dynamic carbon-composite paddle and blade is complimented by its Hi-Fused shaft and paddle connection. In practice, the R\V4 RTL stick's Hi-Fused build focuses flex energy more evenly across the shaft and paddle compared to the R\M3's low-kick feel.
SlideGrip: The Ritual V4 RTL goalie stick is controlled from Warrior's unique, SlideGrip shaft and shoulder package. Compared to the Ritual M3 line-up of sticks, the SlideGrip finish on Warrior's Ritual V4 sticks prioritizes precision movements with a bit more tack in its SlideGrip shoulder package.
Please Note: Choosing a painted paddle/shaft will add about 20-30 grams to each stick.
Manufacturers do not typically offer sizing guidelines for goalie sticks as individual play styles, stances, comfort preferences, and body dimensions vary widely. As a general guideline, start with a stick in the same age group (Youth, Junior, Intermediate, or Senior) as the rest of your equipment. Then, refer your height against the above table to find a generally recommended paddle length.

Warrior Hockey, LLC warrants its goalie products to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal and recommended use. Warrior equipment that has been used outside of its intended purposes, abused, misused, or damaged from contact with a skate, stick, boards, goals, benches, etc., will not be warrantied. Foam Core and Wood Goalie Sticks are excluded from all warranties. Under warranty Warrior offers a one-time repair or replacement.
Warranty duration varies by product type:
180 Days: Leg Pads, Catch Gloves, Blockers (Ritual G3 or Newer), Masks and Cages.
90 Days: Chest & Arm Protectors, Jock, Knee Guard and Pants (Ritual G2, Ritual-X, or Newer)
30 Days: Composite Goalie Sticks, Bags, and Accessories
