Franklin accessories are covered against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to:
Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents.
Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes.
Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not authorized by the company to service the product.
Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Franklin Sports, Inc.
