Lizard Skins will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to send your damaged batting gloves to us. Please use methods of shipping that provide a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for packages that have not been received by our shipping department. Upon arrival, we will send you a replacement pair of gloves. The batting glove warranty will not cover damage caused from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, abuse or normal breakdown of colors.
