Roller Derby® (Roller Derby, Lake Placid, Tour Hockey) warrants skates for a period of 90 days against factory defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Skates that have been subject to abuse or used for commercial or rental purposes will not be covered. Skates can be sent back to Roller Derby® for inspection. The original retail receipt and a written explanation of the proposed defect must accompany the return. Roller Derby® reserves the right to repair or replace the skate if determined to be defective.
