Segmented High-Density Waist: Balancing protection and mobility, the Ion Pro Select pants are padded around the waist with flexible, segmented panels of high-density impact foam.
Rigid Hip Padding: For added impact protection, the hips are reinforced with a rigid, molded core layered with high-density foams.
HD Padded Tailbone & Spine w/ Composite Inserts: Segmented high-density foams, reinforced with rigid composite inserts, provide extended protection for the tailbone and lower spine.
Thigh & Groin Protection
Dual-Layered Groin Flaps: The Ion Pro Select goalie pants feature double-layered groin flaps reinforced with rigid composite inserts for confident coverage.
11" (27.9cm) Molded Plastic Outer Thigh: The outer thighs are protected by a rigid molded core layered with high-density foams and shaped for an ergonomic fit.

Measurements & Fitting (SR)
Waist: Measure waist circumference around the widest part of the hips. Add 8-10 inches (20-25cm) to measured waist size and match to appropriate pant size.
Fitting: Vaughn recommends adding 8-10 inches to allow for padding thickness and a tucked-in chest protector.
