Core & Flex

Thin, Soft Flex (Vapor) Core: Familiar to fans of the Vapor lineup, Bauer's SV-Pro leg pads are built around their Flex Profile 1 core. Bauer's Profile 1 flexes around the goalie with soft-mid flex below the knee, progressively softening above the knee. On the ice, Bauer's Vapor lineup makes an excellent option for goalies who want a thin pad with strong rebounds, but prefer a pliable flex compared to Bauer's Supreme pads.

CURV® Composite Reinforced Thigh: Complementing their ultra-light, flexible feel, the SV-Pro pads are reinforced at the thigh rise with a highly-rigid CURV® Composite. CURV® composites offer unmatched resistance to cracking, deforming, or splintering at low temperatures, helping these pads to put down and hold a tight seal with a strong pop for longer.

Reactive-Flex, 100° Boot w/ Thick Profile: Bauer's Reactive-Flex 100° boot anchors the SV-Pro pads to the skates with a more ergonomic fit compared to Bauer's 120° Supreme boot. On the ice, their softer flex boot allows for easier, more precise ankle movements, while their thicker profile promotes tighter rebound play at the posts.

STABILIFLEX Knee Block: Compared to the Supreme lineup's STABILISLIDE knee block, the Vapor lineup's STABILIFLEX knee block promotes responsive, direct knee movements, while allowing for more flex between the knee and the pad's core.

BalancePlate Calf Support System: Revamped over previous Vapor pads, Bauer's BalancePlate single bracket calf support system balances a stable, supportive butterfly with the Vapor lineup's signature flexibility.

Fit & Strapping

Supreme Tune Fit+ Strapping System: A plush, padded y-strap Offers easy adjustments at the top and bottom of the calves for a precision fit, with the option to be entirely removed.

Pro-inspired Elastic Toe-Tie System: Carried down from Bauer's Supreme Shadow pads, Pro-inspired elastic ties secure the pads while allowing the ankles a greater range of motion. To help goalies dial-in their perfect fit, Bauer's Pro-inspired toe ties anchor into a 4-hole toe bridge, easily-adjustable from a single grommet.

Build

Supreme Polycarbonate Board Construction: While derived from the Vapor lineup, the SV-Pro blocker is built around Bauer's Supreme blocker architecture with a steep rebound-directing flare and a slightly more padded, top-heavy feel. To keep this blocker popping its best for longer, the SV-Pro's core is composed of a rigid Polycarbonate molding.

F1 (Vapor) Side Plate: Bauer's "F1" side wall offers a flexible balance between protection and stick handling with a deeper thumb notch, backed by a plush, flexible thumb protection. To help maintain its firm, confident feel, the SV-Pro blocker's side wall is built around a rigid molded core.

Hinge Finger Protection w/ Defense Cloud Tech Foam: To protect against stray pucks without compromising its soft, flexible feel, the SV-Pro blocker wraps the fingers in curved, highly-mobile finger protection padded with Bauer's dense, yet lightweight DCT foam.

Adjustable Fit & Protection: The SV-Pro blocker features individually adjustable finger tension for the non-index fingers. For further adjustability, the index finger's side is padded with dense, removable padding.

Vapor 90 Break: Bauer's take on the time-tested favorite of pro goalie gloves, the 90° glove break. Originally introduced with the Koho 580, the 90° (580) glove break snaps over with an intuitive fingers-to-palm closure that wraps around the puck.

Fused Double-T: Compared to previous Vapor gloves, the SV-90 glove debuts Bauer's Fused construction double-T. Not only does its Fuse construction greatly improve T durability, but projects 5% wider at the T.

Nash® Palm Lining w/ Grip+: A premium synthetic suede, Nash®, lines the SV-90 glove to help maintain a confident, high-tack grip all game. Further improving this glove's controlled feel, the SV-90's palm lining features a small high-tack applique, Grip+, applied at the base of the fingers.
