For goalies looking to break the mold, Sherwood's return offers a high-strength, ultra-light stick with the precision feel to confidently take its place in the goalie market.
Materials
Silverline XXV PYROFIL™ Carbon Fiber: Silverline XXV refers to the Rekker Morph Pro stick's PYROFIL™ spread tow carbon fabric composition. Sourced from Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, PYROFIL™ carbon fabrics are woven in a distinct 90° checkerboard pattern from individual strips containing thousands of carbon filaments (tow). (PYROFIL™ is a registered trademark of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation.)
Go Zone: A stippled 3D texture is applied to the Rekker Morph Pro's shoulder/paddle package for a moisture-resistant grip that locks in with the goalie's blocker.
Construction
Feather Lite XT: Sherwood's precision carbon layering and curing process optimizes the stick's weight distribution for a tight, responsive balance and easy-loading flex.
UN1FRAME: A one-piece carbon fiber construction not only helps to reduce weight but also gives the Rekker Morph Pro stick a solid, consistent feel.
Asymmetric Paddle: Sherwood's D-shaped asymmetric paddle projects a flat face, with a curved rear construction. On the ice, the Rekker Morph Pro's asymmetric paddle helps to keep a tight, consistent feel without the additional weight of internal support ribs.
Flex & Feel
G-Fire Mid-kick Flex: Offers a smooth, easy-loading feel through the shaft, complemented by a more precise, rigid feel through the paddle.
G 92: Sherwood's G 92 refers to a vibration-dampening insert within the blade's heel. On the ice, Sherwood's G 92 blade helps to maintain a solid feel through the stick while also improving the blade's toughness.
Sherwood's elite goalie stick offers excellent performance-per-dollar with a balanced, controlled feel, and a durable construction to serve several seasons.
Manufacturers do not typically offer sizing guidelines for goalie sticks as individual play styles, stances, comfort preferences, and body dimensions vary widely. As a general guideline, start with a stick in the same age group (Youth, Junior, Intermediate, or Senior) as the rest of your equipment. Then, refer your height against the above table to find a generally recommended paddle length.
The information in this fit chart was provided as a general fitting guideline, not specific to any one manufacturer of hockey goalie sticks. This guide cannot guarantee a perfect fit, as equipment manufacturing and individual preferences can vary. For more personalized guidance, please contact our customer support team.
