The True Catalyst Nitro Goalie Stick combines lightweight construction, True's responsive INVRT flex, and reinforced paddle design for balanced handling and a quick, powerful release.
Build & Flex
INVRT Flex Profile: Transitions from a softer shaft to a stiffer paddle and rigid blade, directing energy toward the lower paddle for responsive passing and shooting.
Reinforced Upper Shaft: Strategically placed material improves strength and balance while maintaining lightweight performance.
Paddle & Blade
Redesigned Face Flags: Wrap both paddle edges to reduce weight while improving structural strength.
Shaft & Grip
Square Shaft & Standard Shoulder: Provides a balanced, familiar feel for confident handling.
Textured Shoulder Grip: Enhances feel and control through the blocker hand.
Gloss Finish: Gloss-clear finish across the shaft, paddle, and blade.
Measurements: Manufacturers do not typically offer sizing guidelines for goalie sticks as individual play styles, stances, comfort preferences, and body dimensions vary widely.
Fitting: As a general guideline, start with a stick in the same age group (Youth, Junior, Intermediate, or Senior) as the rest of your equipment. Then, refer your height against the above table to find a generally recommended paddle length.
The information in this fit chart was provided as a general fitting guideline, not specific to any one manufacturer of hockey goalie sticks.
